These general terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the conditions under which the "EPR2 Gravelines" website (hereinafter "the Site") is made available and used; the Site allows users with an account to book sessions. Use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.
The Site is published by Kapsul Corp. Full legal information appears in the legal notice.
The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. The costs related to such access (equipment, connection) remain the user's responsibility. Kapsul Corp strives to ensure the availability of the Site but cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to maintenance, technical incidents or force majeure.
Booking sessions requires creating an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. They are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential and for actions carried out from their account. In the event of unauthorised use of their account, they must inform Kapsul Corp without delay at contact@kapsulcorp.com.
Bookings are made from the Site's calendar, within the limit of places available for each session. The user enters the number of participants and their information. A booking reference is assigned after validation. Access to safety induction sessions is free; no payment is required on the Site.
Cancelling or modifying a booking cannot be done directly online. For any cancellation or modification, the user contacts reception by email (contact@epr2-gravelines.fr) or by phone (+33 2 79 00 12 62). No fees apply.
The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose, not to impair its operation or security, and not to attempt to access data or areas not intended for them. Any fraudulent use may result in the suspension or blocking of the account.
Kapsul makes every effort to provide accurate information on the Site, without however guaranteeing the complete absence of errors. Kapsul cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the Site.
The Site's contents (texts, images, logo, graphic design, code) are protected and remain the property of Kapsul Corp. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Kapsul reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the Site is used.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of Paris.
